Placing an order with us is very simple – though of course selecting which of our great teas you’d like might take you a bit of time!  Please click the More Detail link to see each steps.

Yes.  If you change your mind at any time before an order is delivered to you, you can change or cancel your order.  To do so please get in touch either by email or our live chat help.

E-mails are sent automatically by the system.  If you haven’t received an e-mail it’s possible it was sent to your junk mail or anti-spam folders set up by different e-mail providers.

We suggest looking at these folders and adding our e-mail addresses as “secure” or “safe” in your e-mail options.

If you still haven’t received it, get in contact with our Team.

After you have successfully placed an order for some of our tea, the website will take you to our “order confirmation” page as well as sending you a confirmation email. (Note if you can’t find this email, first check to see if it has been placed in your email’s spam folder by mistake).

If you don’t receive an email fairly quickly after you place an order (within a few minutes) then it could be caused by a delay in your email provider – just give it a few more minutes and see if it turns up. If, however, after 10 minutes you still haven’t received an email it could be due to one of two possibilities:

    • There was a problem with the payment website you used, and the payment confirmation did not get sent from that website to TeasBox.
    • You closed your browser or the payment window too quickly before your payment website had time to complete the transaction.

Either of these two situations should be very rare, however if it does happen don’t worry. Our staff process new orders 24 hours a day within a few minutes of us receiving them, and if we detect a problem we’ll manually create the order for you and also get in touch with you via email ourselves. Of course, you can always use our live help chat service or drop us an email to ask yourself first.

We accept various payment methods, such as credit card and Paypal. TeasBox personnel will at any time be able to see or save client credit card information.  These payments are processed by specialized and independent companies that carry out transactions using encrypting methods and completely impenetrable security measures.

Paypal is one of the most widely-used systems in the world for making credit card payments.

If you select this payment method, when you finalize your order you will be connected directly to the Paypal site.

Once on this site, you will have the option of signing into your account (if you have one), creating an account (so you don’t have to enter your information in the future) or making the payment directly by entering your credit card information.

This is a completely secure transaction. The information that is entered is neither seen nor stored by bcnShopOnline, since the entire process is carried out via Paypal’s own servers.

After we receive your confirmed order, we will typically get it sent off to our shipping department within 20 minutes, and then have it packed and shipped within 48 hours.

However, we will do all we can to make sure that your tea gets to you as fast as possible, delays during shipment are unfortunately something that is beyond our control.

Once your TeasBox tea has been shipped, we’ll send you an email with the tracking number. You can also either logon to TeasBox to track your order or use the tracking number we gave you to check its status online directly with the shipping company you selected.

If you don’t receive your order within the delivery timeline indicated on our website, get in contact with our customer care service team as soon as possible, since it’s likely some type of incident has occurred with the carrier/delivery service.

They will advise you of the status of your order and attempt to resolve the incident as quickly as possible.

Yes, simply enter your order number, which can be found on your order confirmation or dispatch email. For tracking information to be displayed, please wait until you receive your order confirmation email to give us time to process this information.
